The simplicity must win on everything, right?

The most expensive coffee is made from escrement.
Going around Bali, Indonesia, I have found out a tour which It took me around the island visiting few destinations, touristic and very remarkable. Among those, there is an area where the tour showed and explained us that in the area the most expensive coffee was being made.
I am talking about the Kopi Luwak coffee, name coming from Kopi which is the translation of coffee in the local language and Luwak is the name of the civet cat, the animal that is involved.
The Kopi Luwak coffee is better drink but do not ask how is made of.
In this area, lives an animal called the civet cat or the palm cat. This, a lot time ago, was the threat for the colture of coffee as It was eaten by this animal and damaged. Once they found out how much useful is this animal, the dweller started to breed them as the most important animal on the island.
The palm civet eats fruit pulp, berries, insects, seeds and vertebrates.
The animal is attracted by the berry coffee for their fruit pulp.
They eat the berry and defecate the Bean. The farmer picks
them up in a wild  and will follow the procedure.
The civet cat defecates in droppings, in clust. They sort the coffee cherries and separate the beans from shell and handing roast.
These images show how it is the berry, before eaten, and how it is made after.
You can pay a cup of this coffee from 30 to 80 USD
